Elena Reilly is a senior at Columbia College Chicago, studying commercial photography. Growing up in the City of Chicago, photographic inspiration and opportunity surrounded her.
Elena has been fortunate to put her course learnings to the test out “in the real world”. She was invited to intern with longtime Chicago Tribune documentarian Candice Cusic, who now owns and operates her own commercial photo practice. Throughout the internship, Elena gained a wide range of experience -- from working with Candice’s social media platforms, to client interaction and team collaboration throughout the entire production process.
Elena enjoys exploring the various types of Commercial work. She's currently specializing in food photography. Elena enjoys working with warm and colorful lighting and loves to pull out textures from food and products. While in the studio and working alongside peers, Elena is always up for a challenge.
Elena is excited to start collaborating and working with a creative team. She is ready to start connecting with anyone interested in commercial photography.
